What a Wheeze (or any of a number of smoking related puns).
So, the national Parliament have followed the Scottish lead and voted through a ban on smoking in enclosed public places.
I’m not surprised, when you follow the trend around the world – USA, Australia, Ireland… – a ban of some shape or form on smoking is inevitable.
