Of course, the real reason for my grumpiness is caffeine withdrawal.
I used up the last of my sample Nespresso pods this morning (round about 10-ish). At 11.30, apparently, the ANC direct man tried to deliver my supplies. Not to my knowledge. The first I knew of it was heading out at 2.40 for an appointment.
